What is in each presentation?
One available unit, presented the way I would walk you through it in person: the property and its location, transport, amenities, the unit's layout and its floor plan with the unit marked, and a full computation — downpayment, monthly, bank estimate and closing fees — from DMCI's current price list. Then how to reserve, from here or from abroad.
Are the prices and monthly payments current?
They come from DMCI's current availability list and payment terms — the same figures as my computation page — and every presentation states the date it was last updated. Promos change month to month, and DMCI Homes confirms the final figures at reservation.
What if the unit in a presentation is already sold?
Message me. I re-point the presentation to the closest available unit — same bedroom count, similar floor and price — usually the same day.
Can I get a presentation for a different unit or property?
Yes. Tell me the property, the number of bedrooms and your budget, and I will build one around a specific available unit, free of charge.
Can I buy from abroad?
Yes. Reserve with ₱30,000 by bank transfer, send your documents by email, and a family member can sign for you on a Special Power of Attorney. Every presentation converts the monthly payment into your currency.
Which presentations can be paid with Pag-IBIG?
Only projects on DMCI's official Pag-IBIG list (memo PD-26-10-024): Allegra Garden Place, The Oriana, The Erin Heights and the DMCI Legacy communities in the Legacy Homes presentation. The others are paid by bank financing, DMCI in-house financing or cash.
Do I pay an agent fee?
No. I am a DMCI Homes Property Consultant (HLURB licence ), and there is no agent fee to buyers.
